Our Shine Shadows work in a 1:1 ratio to support children with special needs in our classes. They provide assistance with engagement, facilitation, and physical activities. The goal is to start with hands-on help and gradually transition to independent support. Our aim is to eventually phase out the Shine Shadow as the child progresses. In our inclusive environment, children can learn from others and improve their skills, self-esteem, and socialization.
