Billing Information
1. Once you sign up, you are billed for the number of classes in the month (or for the entire season) of which you registered and a registration fee for a jersey, insurance, and seasonal prizes.
2. Recurring payments are billed on the 1st of every month. You are paying for the month of which you are billed. Ex. Billed on the 1st of July, you are paying for July classes.
3. If you no longer wish to continue with the program and are on a monthly recurring payment plan, you have the option to withdraw your child/children before the end of the month to avoid being billed for the following month. You can withdraw online by accessing your Soccer Stars account, going to “Your Programs”, clicking “Actions” and then selecting “Withdraw”. If you withdraw in the middle of the month, you can still attend classes for the remainder of the month.
4. If you no longer wish to continue with the program and paid for the entire season upfront, you must withdraw before the fourth (4th) class of any program to receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining classes left in such program.
5. No refunds will be given for failing to unenroll. Ex. Billed the 1st of July but can’t make classes in July but forgot to unenroll, no refund will be given for July.
6. If payment is not received two weeks after the 1st of the month, your child/children will be withdrawn from the program automatically
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Missed Classes: We do not offer refunds for missed classes due to illness, personal reasons, or other circumstances. This policy is in line with industry standards and helps us ensure the consistent quality of our programs.
2. Class Cancellations by Soccer Stars: In the event that Soccer Stars must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather or instructor availability, we will either in our sole discretion, offer a make-up class or provide a credit towards future sessions.
3. Refunds for Withdrawal from Program:
- Monthly Recurring Payment Plan: If you no longer wish to continue with the program and are on a monthly recurring payment plan, you have the option to withdraw your child/children before the end of the month to avoid being billed for the following month. You can withdraw online by accessing your Soccer Stars account, going to “Your Programs”, clicking “Actions” and then selecting “Withdraw”. - Full Season Payment Plan: If you no longer wish to continue with the program and paid for the entire season upfront, you must withdraw before the fourth (4th) class of any program to receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining classes left in such program.
Inclement Weather Policy
Our Team makes every effort to hold class whenever possible, however sometimes there are factors we cannot control such as weather. Please see below for our philosophies and procedures towards holding class, or rescheduling a class, given these common weather scenarios:
- Rain: It is the Soccer Stars philosophy that class WILL take place in the event of drizzle, light rain, or chilly weather. A class will be canceled, rescheduled, or relocated (if possible) in the event of steady rain or thunder and lightning. Our team monitors the weather report diligently to determine class status. In most cases, we will not make changes to a class before the class day given the unpredictable nature of the weather, however, if there is a strong chance of continuous heavy rain, our team will occasionally make a change to a class the previous day. Often we will either extend the class by a week, offer an additional individual make-up to all children or issue credit on file, or a refund if a supervisor feels it is appropriate given the situation.
- Heat: Our office generally does not cancel classes in the event of extreme heat, as the safety of heat levels can be subjective to the individual. However, if a weather advisory has been issued by the county we will happily offer a make-up class or make alternate arrangements, as safety is our number one concern.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
