Yes, Rec League is coed.
Yes! We offer a year-round program of age-appropriate, curriculum-based skill classes. Players are encouraged to work on their skills in a class with one of our professional coaches and then try to use them in the Rec League matches.
No, we do not keep track of the score. Even though we are not keeping score, our coaches will challenge players to play their best week in and week out.
Players should bring a ball and a water bottle.
Total Duration is 75 minutes — 15 minutes of skill warm-up and then gameplay. There will be time for players to take a break over the 75-minute session.
All levels are welcome to participate. Prior experience is a plus.
We offer Rec League for ages 4-12.
We play 2v2, 3v3, or 4v4 to allow maximum touches on the ball and more goals. Our professional coaches oversee games, however, they keep coaching instructions to a minimum, using teaching moments to help players develop. This is an opportunity for players to play the game and have fun. As well as soccer development, our coaches strive to educate players on the power of always working hard, getting outside their comfort zone, being coachable, humility, playing with class, and being a good teammate.
Rec League is an opportunity for players to come and just play soccer. Players have an opportunity to implement the skills they have been learning in our Super Soccer Stars classes in a real game environment.
