How can I become a coach?

Find a new career by joining our winning team and culture. Search our list of available opportunities.

How do I contact my coach?

For security and privacy purposes, we do not provide direct contact information for coaches. Should you need to pass on information, please contact us for details and contact our Customer Advocacy Team. For Private Groups, you can contact your Private Group Organizer.

How do you train your coaches?

Our coaching department reviews every coach multiple times each season to ensure they are up to date with the latest trends and information. We also incentivize our coaches to reach higher levels of coaching status within the company through specific goal-setting and national certifications.

How do you hire your coaches?

Our coaches are thoroughly vetted during a multi-stage interview process. All of our coaching candidates come with either coaching or early childhood experience and pass state and federal background checks.
