Coach Pizza is the proud owner of Soccer Stars McKinney. He and his wife have 3 young kids and are passionate about keeping kids active and introducing them to the world's most popular sport.
Coach Alek played collegiate soccer at Wayland Baptist University, competing at the NAIA level. He then went on to play professional soccer in Mexico, gaining valuable experience at the pro level. Since 2017, Alek has dedicated himself to coaching, working with athletes ages 5 to 20. His passion for the game and expertise across different competitive levels make him an incredible asset to any player seeking to improve their skills.
Coach Alfonso joined the Super Soccer Stars team in August 2023. He's known for wearing his signature white bucket hat and has a love for soccer and music. Coach of the Season - Fall 2023
Coach Jorge brings years of experience from his time playing club-level soccer with FC Dallas, one of the premier youth development programs in the country. Now coaching with us, Jorge shares his deep understanding of the game and his passion for developing young players. His background at the competitive club level ensures that he is well-equipped to guide players of all ages and skill levels to reach their full potential on the field.
With a wealth of experience both on and off the field, Coach Candice brings passion and expertise to our soccer programs. She played competitively in the UK for Luton Town Ladies and continued her career in the U.S. as a standout Division II athlete at Texas Woman’s University (TWU). Holding a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, she combines her academic background with over 10 years of coaching experience, working with players from ages 2 to 18. Whether it's developing fundamental skills for beginners or advancing the technique of experienced players, Coach Candice is dedicated to helping every child grow and succeed in the sport.
With over two years of coaching experience, Coach Calvin has a strong passion for soccer and player development. He began his coaching journey with the Texas Spurs Soccer Club, leading the 2014-2016 age groups for one year. Known for his energetic coaching style, he always keeps kids engaged and makes learning fun, ensuring that each practice is both exciting and educational. Coach Calvin also studied Sports Management at Texas Tech University for two years, during which he helped coach a recreational team in Lubbock. His diverse experience equips him with valuable skills in both player development and team management.
Chelsea is a mom of 3 & proud wife to Coach Pizza. Her favorite class to teach is Parent & Me.
