Coach Matt is a kid at heart! After spending a number of years with Lowe's and serving in the U.S. Army, he has found his calling with Soccer Stars of NE Nashville. Coach Matt loves seeing the kids celebrate new skills and cheer on their team! Originally from Arkansas, he is a Razorbacks fan but also enjoys the many Nashville sports teams. When not on the pitch, Coach Matt is talking with partner locations, growing the Soccer Stars team, or playing D&D.
Coach Melissa lives in Gallatin, TN with her husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and chickens. She grew up playing team sports and is an avid Memphis Tiger fan. When not coaching, Melissa enjoys crafting, gardening, traveling, and live music (which is a nice perk of living so close to Nashville!). For Coach Melissa, owning Soccer Stars of NE Nashville is a dream come true, and she loves seeing the players learn new skills and how to be great team players!
