Does my child need any special soccer equipment to participate in your classes?

  • No special equipment is needed! We provide all the necessary soccer balls and training materials for each class.

  • In our Super Soccer Stars classes, the soccer ball is the tool we use to help children improve their soccer skills and gross motor skills. Our dynamic coaches work in small groups to develop self-confidence, physical literacy, and socialization skills in a fun, non-competitive, and educational environment. Each week, we focus on learning a new skill through engaging activities and drills.

How long are the soccer classes for different age groups?

  • Not at all! Super Soccer Stars welcomes children of all skill levels, from complete beginners to those with some experience. Our programs are designed to be inclusive and cater to individual development. Our overlapping age groups allow you and your child to find a comfortable level of play.

  • Camps are longer sessions, usually 2-3 hours, offering a more immersive play and learning experience. Our camps may focus on recreational soccer, advanced development, competitive skills.
  • Do you offer private soccer classes or camps for small groups of friends?
  • Yes! Setting up a Private Class or Camp is easy. Simply fill out our online request form, and our private group organizer will contact you with a cost estimate. Our scheduling team will then work with you to finalize the details, secure a coach, and arrange payment.

Enrollment and Policies

Can we try a Super Soccer Stars class before committing to a full season?

  • Yes, we offer one trial class or a trial period. After enrolling, you have until the 4th class to decide if you’d like to continue for the rest of the season. This allows your child time to adjust and engage with the class. If you choose to withdraw within the trial period, you’ll receive a prorated credit or refund (please note the non-refundable registration fee).

What should I do if my child is hesitant or doesn’t seem to enjoy the first soccer class?

  • It’s very common for children to need a “warming up” period when starting a new activity or with a new coach. Please communicate any concerns with us, and we’ll work with you to make necessary adjustments and help your child feel more comfortable.

Is it possible to switch my child to a different soccer class time or location?

  • Yes! You can transfer to another class within the same age group and location (where we handle registration directly on our website) as long as there is space available. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. To request a transfer, please text, email, or call us.

What is your policy on make-up classes if my child misses a session?

  • We offer up to two make-up classes per season for missed sessions. Make-up classes are subject to availability within the same season and age group, must be scheduled before the season ends, and cannot be used for the first or last class of the season. Make-up classes do not carry over and cannot be refunded.

How will I know who my child’s coach is and where the class is located?

  • After registration, you will receive a class confirmation email or a first-class email containing details about your class location and where to meet the coach. You can also find a specific map pin on our website under your class details.

I just signed up for a Super Soccer Stars program. What are the next steps?

  • Congratulations and welcome to Super Soccer Stars! You will receive your invoice via email (registration fees are invoiced separately). The class will also be listed in your online account. Before the season starts, you’ll receive a first-class email with more specific information about the program.

What happens if the soccer class I want to enroll in has a waitlist?

  • If a program shows the “Join Waitlist” option, we strongly encourage you to complete the waitlist registration form to reserve a spot. The waitlist is managed on a first-come, first-served basis for any openings. There is no obligation or upfront payment. We will contact you if a spot becomes available, and full payment will be required to secure it.

My child’s age falls between two different Super Soccer Stars age groups. Which class should I choose?

  • Because our program focuses on developmental milestones rather than just size, if your child falls between age groups (especially in the 3-5 year range), we generally recommend enrolling in the earlier age group for new players. However, our coaches can assess your child and provide recommendations if moving to the next age group seems more appropriate. Please feel free to discuss this with us.

Do you offer any discounts for enrolling multiple children from the same family?

  • Our coaching department is committed to excellence. We review every coach multiple times each season to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and information. We also incentivize our coaches to pursue higher levels of coaching status and national certifications.

What is your hiring process for Super Soccer Stars coaches?

  • Our coaches undergo a thorough multi-stage interview process. All candidates have prior experience in coaching or early childhood education and must pass state and federal background checks to ensure the safety and well-being of our participants.

What is your policy regarding weather conditions and class cancellations?

  • Our team makes every effort to determine class status based on forecasts approximately two hours before the scheduled start time. Please be aware that we typically hold classes in drizzly weather and light to moderate rain, so please dress your child accordingly. Safety is our top priority, and occasionally, we may need to cancel classes on short notice or while in progress. If we anticipate bad weather the day before, we will reach out to you to arrange a make-up class.

Does my child receive a soccer jersey as part of the registration fee?

  • Yes, for most classes where enrollment is taken directly through our website, your child will receive a Super Soccer Stars t-shirt or jersey as part of their registration.   • We recommend seasonally appropriate athletic wear that allows for comfortable movement. Secure footwear is essential (lace-up or Velcro sneakers – no open-toed shoes or anything that might slip off). Please also ensure your child brings a water bottle to stay hydrated.
