Roberta Marcos became owner of Soccer Stars North Bay in August 2026. Growing up, she played soccer, tennis, golf, basketball, softball, volleyball, swimming, and dance, shaping her belief that kids benefit from exploring many sports at a young age. Roberta entered youth sports ownership with TGA of the North Bay in June 2025, expanding its golf programs to include tennis and pickleball before adding Soccer Stars. As a mom of two, her mission is to give kids positive early experiences with sports where they can have fun, build confidence, and discover what they love.

Shreegunshra Dove (Coach Shree) is a NASM certified personnel trainer and athletic coach. He has worked as a PE teacher and Cross Country Coach at both Marin Christian Academy and North Bay Christian Academy. He also volunteered a for several seasons as a track and basketball coach for Our Lady Of Loretto school in Novato,CA. He has experience working with kids ranging in age from 4 to18. He has also done one on one training for youth athletes. In 2019, while teaching PE at MCA, he was named Teacher Of The Year by the by the Rotary Club of Novato. He is great with the kids and we are glad to have him join the team!

Coach Mika holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Teaching degree in Physical Education and has a lifelong connection with sports. She played competitive futsal in Brazil and has experience working with children as a Physical Education teacher, swimming instructor, and soccer coach. Her goal is to help children continuously develop their soccer skills while also building coordination, balance, confidence, teamwork, and social skills through sports. She believes that what children learn on the field can positively impact many areas of their lives beyond soccer. Most importantly, Coach Mika strives to create a fun and encouraging environment where every child can enjoy the game, challenge themselves, and keep progressing

Hi, I’m John! I was raised in Tucson, Arizona, and I grew up playing three sports: baseball, basketball, and soccer. I played soccer for 15 years before injuries started adding up. I’ve worked many jobs, from In-N-Out to being a live cameraman for the sports department at my college, Saint Mary’s College of California, all the way to working for the Chase Center and the Warriors. I’ve taught kids math and reading at afterschool programs and currently work as a group fitness coach at Orange Theory in Novato. I love coaching fitness, whether it’s kids, adults, or training friends to help them improve their overall fitness, learn sports better, or develop better coordination and skills.
